Teams, roles and a link for each caller

Invite teammates as callers or admins. Every caller gets their own dialer link, so calls, confirmations and reminders carry their name, and managers can filter the call list by caller.

• Roles: callers make calls, admins manage settings and connections, the owner handles billing
• Seats follow your plan; pending invites count as seats
• Password reset by email, and "log out everywhere" when a password changes

Plans, billing and talk-time meters

Choose Solo, Pro, Team or Agency from the Billing tab and pay through Stripe. Talk time is measured per billing month, only for answered calls, and calls never stop on a paid plan: extra hours are 50 cents each.

• Yearly billing saves 20%
• Agency plans pay per meeting that actually shows up; mark meetings "Showed up" or "No-show"

Calendars and CRM connections

Booked meetings land on Google Calendar, Outlook or Cal.com with the prospect invited, and busy times are checked so you're not double-booked. After every call, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Attio, Airtable, Notion or Slack get the outcome, summary and next step.

Afterdial launches

Afterdial listens to calls from the dialer you already use and handles the work after them: the outcome and a short summary, the meeting with a calendar invite, confirmations and reminders, callbacks at the time the prospect asked for, and do-not-call requests honored on the spot.
